How to be happy

           Are you happy with your life? Do you feel the contentment feeling? Do you live your life to the extent? If yes, I think you are really living your life happily. If not, maybe you are just scared to do something new, a challenging one. Happiness is not as simple as you think. You must strive and seek for it. Being happy means finding yourself satisfied to what you are doing, having fun and feel like your life is meaningful. But dont worry folks, you can make your life happier than before. You just have to follow these few steps to improve your life and make it happier.

Happiness Strategy 1: Acceptance
        Accept the things you can't change. If you can and want to change it, then do it. If you think something is a little bit off about your lifestyle, then do some changes or rather add some things to have some thrill.

Happiness Strategy 2: Stop! Ignore. Let go.
         Let go of the people who are holding you down. Of course, you know who they are. Don't let them drag you down to their misery! Instead of letting them drag you, why don't you drag them to your world of happiness right? Dont let them ruin your day.

Happiness Strategy 3: Sing like a Mad ape
         Blast your favorite upbeat song and sing at the top of your lungs. And if you are not still contented on what you are doing, then dance as crazy as you can. Shake off the stress and all the bad vibes you are feeling.

Happiness Strategy 4: *click* Smile!
           Smile at a stranger. It will make both of you smile. Just smile and laugh! Share your happiness! Let them feel your good vibes, maybe your vibes might help to improve other's mood. If they won't smile back, let them. At least you smiled at them.

Happiness Strategy 5: No! No! No! Pessimistic no more!
              Look at the world as a place where in opportunities will never end. Never give up your goals in life! Dont let your pessimistic side conquer the whole you. Let optimistic side handle the chores you want to do. Remember, it is better to try it than regret it.

              These are some strategies that might help you boost your happy vibes in your body. Life is too short to spend too much time in your miseries. If you feel like giving up, let God hear you out. He wont ignore you. Instead of letting your whole day be ruin, just smile and laugh. Remember, laughing is the best medicine in life. Life may be full of loops, ups and downs and challenges, thats what really is. But it is better if you are happy and brave enough to take those challenges.
